Why BIM Analytics?
Contemplation on the question naturally lends towards the revelation of numerous potential gains. That is only to be expected; thus why business operation typically involves metrics and analytics. So, one may ask, “Why does SR Analytics believe the key to successful BIM implementation lies within honest, transparent, and mindful analysis of developmental and application-based metrics?”
The answer is due to what was hinted at before, the mile markers A and B are not what truly matters. BIM is a movement, not a location. Inevitably there will be future goals, mile markers C, D, etc. The values of those future goals are only truly known and appreciated when evaluated in respect to the required efforts and investments.
